The European Union impose quite rigorous controls on Greece regarding ferry traffic between Turkey and Greece. Particularly in these times of bank induced economic difficulties Greece is anxious to open its borders to tourism trade with Turkey.

Some ferries from Turkey to the Greek islands are currently only possible as a 'day return', one way and period returns are not possible between Turkey and Kalimnos.

It is however possible to visit Kalimnos from Turkey for longer stays by taking the ferry from Bodrum via Kos. Details of the ferries between Bodrum, Kos and Kalimnos are:

The information included with ferry booking confirmations requires all passengers to check with the ferry company 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to check for any changes to the timetable. Contact details are included with the final information.

Our 'Sunday Club' is primarily for residents in Turkey, but it's open to anyone wishing to join us including tourists and holidaymakers. Our aim is to open up travel opportunities for Turkish nationals as well as foreigners living and working in Turkey.

Sunday is often the only day available for 'locals' to get out and about. We hope that by arranging special excursions we will be able to offer discount prices and excursions perhaps not available using the regular ferry services.

All Sunday Club trips and excursions are from Bodrum or one of the other Peninsula ports.
Joining our Sunday Club costs nothing, as a member you will:
  • Receive excursion updates
  • Get discounts from the normal fares
    [if available]
  • Have the opportunity to visit islands not on the normal ferry schedules
  • Receive updates about current Greek visa requirements.
Details of our upcoming excursions and plans as well as joining information are available here
